Location: Nuneaton, Bedworth, Rugby, Warwick, Leamington Spa, Southam, Stratford-upon-Avon and surrounding areas
Salary: £80-£105 per day (paid weekly)
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
* Have regard for the need to safeguard pupils' well-being following statutory provisions
* Provide classroom support across a range of subjects in the Secondary Department
* Assist pupils in accessing the curriculum, including those identified with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)
* Work closely with teachers to deliver tailored learning interventions
* Promote inclusion, positive behaviour and high standards of learning in line with school policies
* Support the wider school community and contribute to a safe, respectful learning environment
Qualifications and Experience
* At least 3 months experience as a Teaching Assistant in a school or similar setting
* Level 2+ Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
* GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths (essential)
Skills and Attributes
* Commitment to safeguarding, inclusion and the ethos of the school
* Knowledge of the DfE Keepinga Children Safe in Education (2025) statutory guidance
* Ability to build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and staff
* A patient, adaptable and proactive approach to supporting learning
* Strong communication, interpersonal and organisation skills
* The ability to speak an additional language is advantageous but not essential
* Flexible and adaptable to short-term supply or long-term cover
