With a dedicated team and personalised care plans, we provide a supportive, homely environment where residents receive compassionate care tailored to their goals and preferences.We are now looking for a qualified Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. This is a rewarding role where you will use your clinical skills and creativity to enhance the quality of life for our residents, supporting rehabilitation and maximising independence.What We Offer£17.53 to £19.76 per hour (dependent on experience)37.5 hours per week (over 5 days)Paid PVG, pension, uniform and onsite parking5.6 weeks annual leave (based on full-time hours)Ongoing training and professional development in a supportive settingAbout the RoleAs an Occupational Therapist, you will carry out person-centred assessments, implement evidence-based treatment programmes, and evaluate outcomes as part of the wider multidisciplinary team.
