Responsibilities: Manage resources and projects across both the Development and QA functions. Conduct performance management of direct reports, including regular 1-2-1s and annual appraisals. Support individual team members in their professional development and skill acquisition. Deliver monthly reports to the CEO/COO on departmental progress. Collaborate with the head of client services to prioritize new fixes and features. Ensure tracking tools such as Jira and TFS are utilized to the highest standards. Contribute to the product roadmap. Act as a point of internal escalation for the companys on-call support line alongside other management team members. Actively develop products when needed, splitting time 20/80 between development and management responsibilities.
