Overview
We are currently recruiting for a Retail Security Officer to join our store team in the Brownhills / Aldridge area. We have a number of vacancies across the Brownhills / Aldridge area.
Responsibilities
* Observe and report any incidents in store
* Monitor CCTV footage, in line with company policy & procedures
* Adhere to and enforce Health & Safety guidelines
* Conduct internal investigations into stock loss, fraud and theft
Requirements / Qualifications
* The ability to follow instructions whilst staying calm in pressured situations
* Effective communication, both verbal and written
* The ability to deal with challenging customers with professional behaviour at all times
* A balanced sense of judgement, strong work ethics, honesty and integrity
