THE ROLE:
- You will support and advise older and vulnerable individuals, their families and carers on a range of legal issues.
- Manage your own caseload with a focus on high:quality, client:centred service
- Support business development efforts, both internally and externally, including cross:selling and networking
- Help to mentor and support junior colleagues within the team
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Applications are sought from Private Client Solicitors with between 3:6 Years PQE gained with another leading firm.
- Previous experience of court of protection matters is essential.
- STEP qualification is advantageous
- Excellent relationship:building and client care skills
- A proactive, organised, and detail:oriented approach
- You will work well within a team environment as well as independently.
