Site Agent / Sub Agent – Rail Civils 📍 Greater Manchester (Wigan area) ⏳ 6-Month Contract An established Tier 1 delivery partner operating within the UK rail and transport infrastructure sector is seeking an experienced Site Agent / Sub Agent to support a live programme of works across Greater Manchester. The role will be based primarily around Bryn Station, Wigan, forming part of a wider package of improvement works across four rail stations. The Project The works involve the construction of access lifts and new footbridge structures within an operational rail environment. The contractor will be subcontracting the majority of the physical works, meaning this role is heavily focused on site management, coordination, and assurance, rather than direct labour supervision. The Role You will act as the site-based lead, ensuring works are delivered safely, compliantly, and to programme within a live rail environment. This role would suit a Sub Agent, Site Agent, Construction Manager, or Site Manager with strong rail civils experience.
