Our client is looking for a HR Systems Analyst to play a vital role in maintaining HR systems and supporting a new HRIS implementation project set to launch this summer. Based in North Bristol on the M4/M5 junction, this is a hybrid role. 2 days per week in the office but with great flexibility around days and time in the office.You'll join a small, focused team where your technical skills and curiosity will be highly valued. If you love working with data, streamlining processes, and being at the forefront of digital HR transformation, this role is for you.What You'll Be DoingMaintain and support current HR systems (e.g. iTrent, ResourceLink).Contribute to the planning and delivery of a new HRIS project.Handle reporting, system configuration, and stakeholder support.Collaborate across teams to understand system needs and drive enhancements.Take part in system testing, training, and user adoption activities.What You'll BringTechnical mindset with experience supporting business or HR systems.Ideally, some knowledge of HR tech such as ResourceLink, iTrent, or similar.Familiarity with ATS or training needs analysis tools (nice to have).A self-motivated approach with the ability to troubleshoot and learn independently.Great interpersonal skills, you can translate tech-speak into business value.No management responsibilities, this is a hands-on technical role.This role comes with an excellent benefits package, which I can provide alongside a comprehensive Job Description.
