Required Skills
Proven experience managing end-to-end payroll processing for medium to large organizations
Strong knowledge of payroll legislation, tax regulations, and compliance requirements
Expertise in payroll systems such as SAP, ADP, Workday, or similar platforms
Excellent attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to lead and coordinate with cross-functional teams
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Previous experience managing payroll during organizational change or restructuring
Knowledge of pension schemes and benefits administration
Experience with automation tools and process improvement initiatives
HRIS systems familiarity
