The project: The successful applicant will report to the Senior Communications Manager, within the Programme Support team. This role is critical to the success of the programme and is an opportunity to support the application of best practice, developing, enabling, and promoting communication and engagement across complex network of staff working on the programme. Due to the strict security requirements, candidates must be a UK National and will need to progress through security clearance. Supporting the planning, delivery, and evaluation of the defined activities. Adapting campaigns from our parent-company for use on the programme. Developing content and organising face to face and virtual events focused on staff wellbeing and engagement. Creating graphics for posters, videos and presentations. Contributing to maintain and enhance the programmes reputation with internal audiences. Developing relationships with all programme partners and stakeholders. Complying with appropriate legislation and local policy in respect of confidentiality, information governance and security. You'll need to have: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including effective writing. Interest in creating graphics and written content. Enthusiasm for stakeholder communications, employee engagement and events. Candidates will be expected to undertake and pass any relevant security clearance procedures per the needs of clients. You'll also have: Knowledge of internal communications and employee engagement strategies. An understanding of research and consultation techniques and the analysis of data with understanding of current best practice and innovation. Ability to engage effectively with different audience groups. To understand their communications needs, feelings and reactions and demonstrate Constant awareness of the mood and motivation of staff, stakeholders, and programme partners. Ability to translate ideas and visions into viable long-term implementation, linking strategy to operational activity.
