OVERALL OBJECTIVE:
1. Effectively maintain and repair customers Catering equipment with minimum supervision in an efficient and professional manner.
2. Regular weekly on-site support for Key Account customers.
3. Reflect the professional company image through all communications and actions, both internally and externally.
4. Being a brand ambassador to ‘Essentia’ the Electrolux after sales department.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Pre - Sales
5. Support site installations to ensure that all installations are completed to the necessary standards.
Sales
6. Identify sales opportunities within customer base by promoting EPR products and services (being an ambassador for the company)
7. Liaise with the Sales Department on new business opportunities.
8. identifying the needs of a customer for accessories and consumables
After Sales
9. Ensure that the department continually strives to exceed customer expectations and delivers customer satisfaction.
10. Develop strong customer relationships.
11. Monitor your workload and suggest any adjustments to stock holding that would improve the first-time fix rate.
12. Adhere to all current Health & Safety requirements and satisfy the company’s legal obligations.
13. Complete all company records and documentation in a timely manner.
14. Continually improve product knowledge and product familiarisation through onsite training & office-based training as part of your own self-development.
15. Carry out any other miscellaneous duties / projects as required.
QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
16. Must be competent to work on all 3-phase electrical installations.
17. Must have a working knowledge of basic plumbing in copper and plastic.
18. Must be able to read and interpret wiring diagrams.
19. CCCN1 Commercial Catering Safety
20. Comcat 1, 2, 3 and 5
21. Comcat 4 optional
22. 18th Edition regulations desirable, but not essential
23. PC literate, with experience of Microsoft Office (Outlook)
24. Good level of business acumen and commercial awareness
25. A recognised Electrical / Engineering qualification or relevant experience

26. Good time management skills with the ability to think ahead, anticipate deadlines and plan in advance.
27. Able to prioritise workload on a continuous basis, and review priorities in order that both urgent and important tasks are accomplished.
