Solicitor - Residential Conveyancing - Bristol - 1+ Years PQE
Location: Bristol (with hybrid flexibility)
Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time (4 days considered)
Salary: £40,000 to £70,000 + Benefits
A busy and friendly high street law firm is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or experienced Conveyancer to join its supportive team across offices in Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with experienced support staff, flexible working arrangements, and genuine career progression.
The Role
* Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* Remortgages and transfers of equity
* New builds and shared ownership transactions
* Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other solicitors
* Drafting and reviewing contracts, title documents, and reports
* Managing completions and post-completion formalities
* Supporting business development and maintaining strong client relationships
Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a qualified solicitor, legal executive, or licensed conveyancer with:
* 1+ years PQE or equivalent experience in residential conveyancing
* Exposure to a broad range of property transactions
* Ability to manage files independently and work efficiently
* Strong communication and client care skills
* A proactive and team-oriented approach
* Willingness to work on-site during probation (hybrid options available thereafter)
