Utility Infrastructure –
Our team of Utility Infrastructure specialists design, build and maintain critical water, energy (gas), power and telecoms infrastructure, for the UK’s largest network owners and operators.
Social Infrastructure -
Our team of Social Infrastructure specialists revitalise homes and communities by carrying out a wide range of work, from retrofit to refurbishment, and maintenance.
Job Description
* Manage reception area and look after visitors
* Answer phone calls and transfer them as necessary
* Manage correspondence by answering emails and sorting mail
* Manage outgoing post and record data on special deliveries
* Maintain stock lists and order office supplies as needed
* Manage customer queries – log and pass to the relevant Manager
* Record and populate defect packs, making necessary arrangements and liaise with Reinstatement Manager
* Record utility damages and make calls to appropriate utility company
* Arrange meetings by scheduling appropriate meeting times, booking rooms, and planning refreshments
* Assist in planning and arranging events, including organising catering
* Photocopy, scan and file appropriate documents as needed
* Draft, format and print relevant documents
* Interact with staff and carry out their requests
* Any other duties deemed appropriate
