About the Role
A Private Client Paralegal plays a vital role in supporting Fee Earners and managing their own caseload, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality services to clients.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in Private Client law, possessing strong organisational and communication skills. They will be proactive in supporting Fee Earners and have excellent client engagement skills, with confidence in attending networking events and meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting Fee Earners in addition to running some of your own caseload that includes:
o Will drafting
o Tax planning
o Estate administration
o Trust administration
o Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
o Court of Protection matters
* Client Engagement: Attending networking events and client-facing meetings to strengthen relationships
* Team Contribution: Collaborating with skilled professionals in delivering outstanding service
Requirements:
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* A proactive approach to supporting Fee Earners
* Previous experience in Private Client law
* Client-facing experience and networking confidence are advantageous
