Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Lead role in Bryn Beryl Community Hospital on a two-year fixed-term contract. This role is pivotal in delivering high-quality patient centred care within the Community Hospital Setting.
The Clinical Lead will work closely with the hospital management team, Medical Director, and multidisciplinary colleagues to ensure the highest standards of care, robust clinical governance, and continuous service improvement. This role requires a proactive leader who can balance strategic priorities with hands-on clinical support, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
