In this Adult Nurse Manager role, you will have the opportunity to lead the delivery of personalised care packages, support a team of carers, and make a real impact on the lives of adults with complex health needs. You will be joining a highly‑regarded, growing team that is tailored to ensure they provide the highest standards of clinical care.
Duties of this role include:
* Create and manage tailored care plans for adult clients with complex care needs
* Lead, train, and support a team of carers to maintain high standards of care
* Utilise complex clinical skills including tracheostomy care, ventilator care and seizure management
* Work in partnership with CHC nurses, commissioners, and wider MDT to maintain bespoke care packages
* Build strong and lasting relationships with service users and their families
Criteria to apply for this position:
* Registered Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC PIN
* Fully competent in tracheostomy & ventilator care
* Full UK driving licence
* Have a prior background in a leadership role within community complex care
* Good understanding of CQC standards & clinical governance
