Support Reading KS3-4 (Secondary Students)
The pupils have a wide range of individual needs. You will be responsible for helping these pupils become independent learners while supporting them to achieve their personal learning targets and goals. You will support students on a 1-1 basis and in small groups.
The successful candidate will have experience working with young people aged 11-16, possess strong communication skills, and be flexible in supporting the changing needs of pupils. The role involves monitoring pupils’ progress towards their individual targets, working closely with them to review and set new goals, and maintaining accurate, up-to-date records of pupil progress.

Pay rates are inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This is a temporary position, with the possibility of becoming permanent in the future.
