Responsibilities
Project manage and lead the migration of the local land charges data to HM Land Registry's digital register. The successful candidate will ensure that all data meets the high quality standards required for the national register and identify efficiencies in team processes and use of systems. They will be responsible for reporting project updates to the project board. Responsibilities include progress reporting, risk management, and problem‑solving.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
This role requires a comprehensive knowledge of the LLC service, applicable legislation and regulations and the ability to work in a high‑intensity environment delivering outcomes to tight deadlines. The LLC Project Officer must have experience with HM Land Registry migration and administration software implementation. Familiarity with TLC (Total Land Charges database), the Land Registry Workbook, and Uniform (planning applications database) or similar system is required.
