Warehouse Operative – Bury St Edmunds IP32
Shift: 14:00 – 22:30
Pay:
• £12.52 per hour (2pm–7pm)
• £15.52 per hour (7pm–10:30pm)
• 1.5x pay after 40 hours
• 2x pay after 48 hours
Schedule: Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work
About the Role
We’re looking for hardworking, reliable Warehouse Operatives to join a busy distribution team in Bury St Edmunds. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and wants a long‑term role with great earning potential.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Picking, packing, and preparing orders
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Using warehouse equipment (training provided)
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Working as part of a supportive, friendly team
What We’re Looking For
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to work on your feet throughout the shift
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Previous warehouse experience is helpful but not essential
