Position Details
Location: Gosport, Hampshire
Hours: 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday. Flexible and remote working options available!
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Your Responsibilities
As our Electrical Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the Electrical service across Housing Maintenance and Corporate Services. You’ll lead a dynamic team of Technicians, ensuring they deliver top-notch service while adhering to company policies.
Your key duties will include:
* Providing direct management and support to Technicians, ensuring compliance with company policies and external regulations.
* Conducting Quality Control checks in line with NICEIC requirements and Kier's policies.
* Collaborating with the Contact Centre Team to manage workflow and anticipate demand.
* Performing regular site visits for inspections and contractor work sign-offs.
* Investigating complaints and preparing detailed reports for management.
* Communicating essential tenancy and property information to Technicians and contractors to ensure safety and service quality.
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if you have:
* Proven experience in a similar supervisory or management role.
* A Level 3 NVQ qualification (or equivalent) in Electrotechnical Services.
* A Level 3 qualification in Periodic Inspection, Testing & Certification.
* The ability to read Construction Drawings.
* Experience in reporting and effectively managing budgets.
