The Role We're currently recruiting for a talented InterContinental Senior Brand Manager be based in Windsor to join our dynamic and creative global team driving growth and making it 1st choice for guests, colleagues, and owners of IHGs largest luxury brand, InterContinental® Hotels & Resorts. A snapshot of what you will be doing: - Guest Experience: Lead the development and implementation of global brand initiatives, including but not limited to projects such as brand differentiators, digital guest experience, service and culture, food and beverage, and brand programmes. - Expertise: Act as the central point of knowledge on InterContinental brand guest experience. - Brand Tools: Develop, evolve and maintain brand tools and the creation of brand playbooks to bring brand promises to life. - Brand Standards: Own the brand standards and budget instruction process annually, seeking ways to drive the brand value proposition through cost optimisation. - Stakeholder Management: Manages key relationships with partners including but not limited to Operations (global and regional), GXSS, brand standards and loyalty. What we need from you The chosen candidate will have the following: - Experience in hospitality or other consumer-focused sector, preferably within a large multi-national company, with roles focused on brand, marketing, or operations. - Experience working across different markets and partnering cross-functionally. - Brand management experience and the development of brand experience programs. - Strong project management experience and able to manage large-scale, cross-divisional projects involving multiple stakeholders with demonstrated ability to organise, plan, and execute projects from conception to delivery. - Strong communication skills and the ability to influencing large internal and external audiences. We would love it if you also had the following: - Experience working in hotel operations. - Strong understanding of the luxury industry and consumer; including a strong understanding of luxury products, trends, and aesthetics.
