Job Description:

As Director of Operations, you will be a key member of the senior leadership team, responsible for ensuring operational efficiency and strategic alignment across the business. This role involves setting goals, leading high-performing teams, developing new systems and processes, and liaising with the Board and corporate partners to drive growth and performance across all branches.

Your responsibilities will include


Strategic Leadership & Management

* Report directly to the Managing Director, Head of People, and the Board.
* Lead the Senior Management Team and facilitate structured monthly meetings.
* Attend and contribute to board meetings with updates on operational figures and metrics.
* Set, record, and review lettings and property management goals aligned with strategic objectives.


People Leadership & Performance Management

* Provide line management for the Senior Management Team.
* Conduct monthly 1:1s and annual appraisals for direct reports.
* Oversee high-level recruitment processes.
* Visit company branches regularly to maintain alignment and team cohesion.


Operational Development & Delivery

* Develop and implement new operational processes to improve efficiency.
* Support the rollout of new internal processes across departments.
* Manage internal projects from initiation to completion.
* Ensure smooth interdepartmental operations.


Client Relationship Management

* Maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and ensure delivery on expectations.
* Represent loc8me externally to promote partnerships and opportunities.


Qualifications & Skills

* Proven experience in senior operational roles, preferably in property or lettings.
* Strong leadership and management skills.
* Experience implementing operational systems and driving performance.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* Comfortable presenting at board level.


Details

* Hours: 40 hours/week
* Salary: Dependent on experience
* Driving license required; personal car preferred
