Royal Mail is hiring aService Managerto oversee the delivery and performance of IT services. You’ll manage day-to-day operations, lead incident resolution, and drive service improvements across internal teams and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage IT service delivery and stakeholder relationships
* Lead High Priority Incident resolution and root cause analysis
* Support major incident and out-of-hours management
* Analyse performance data and implement service improvements
* Ensure smooth service transitions and SLA compliance
