The Role
This Senior Product Management role is suited for an experienced Product Manager within Asset Management or Fund Management who is dynamic, driven, highly organized, and enjoys working autonomously.
The Senior Product Management team serves as the central hub for product initiatives and project work within the firm, engaging with senior stakeholders and teams worldwide.
The Senior Product Manager will oversee the product infrastructure platform, focusing on projects to shape its operation.
This role includes acting as secretary to the Investment Funds Product Committee and its subcommittee, managing quarterly meetings and fund performance oversight.
The Senior Product Manager will communicate effectively with Group Investment Product Committees, chairing regular updates for internal stakeholders and supporting product development, including launching new funds and implementing changes to existing offerings for business growth and regulatory compliance.
The role involves contributing to Consumer Duty reporting and completing quarterly AIFMD regulatory reports.
The Senior Product Manager will work closely with external vendors like Fundinfo to streamline platform operations.
Responsibilities include managing data publication processes such as EMT, EPT, EET, TPT, monthly factsheets, KID/KIID production, and overseeing dynamic data publication (NAVs, GAVs, OCFs, dividends, holdings).
The role acts as the primary contact for client tax reporting, handling cross-border legal queries related to share class setup and data requests. The Senior Product Manager will report to Asset Management Boards, Mancos, and global stakeholders.
The Candidate
Experience in Product Management within Asset Management or Investment Management, specifically with Multi Asset Fund Products, is essential.
Experience with offshore platform products is preferred.
A solid understanding of the regulatory framework is required.
Strong project management skills are necessary.
A minimum of a 2.1 degree, ideally in Economics, though experience is more critical.
