Will Writing Services Drafting Wills and related documents based on instructions received from clients via email, telephone, or meetings (in person or via video call). Discussing instructions and responding to queries from clients and their advisers through correspondence and meetings, including handling technical queries where required. Maintaining accurate and up‑to‑date records relating to Wills. Processing payments for Will‑writing services. Managing queries and correspondence relating to cancelled or inoperative Will appointments. Conducting reviews of existing Wills. Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs) Preparing LPAs based on client instructions. Discussing instructions and responding to queries from clients, their families, and advisers through correspondence and meetings. Registering, handling, and supervising the appointment of a corporate attorney under an Enduring Power of Attorney (EPA), including all associated matters. Assisting with reviews of existing LPAs. Executorships Managing executorship cases from initial notification of death through to completion of the estate administration process, including: Meeting with family members, arranging property insurance, appointing solicitors, and preparing information required for probate applications. Liaising with investment managers and financial planning teams as appropriate. Advising families and beneficiaries on inheritance tax matters. Making distributions, settling liabilities including payments to HMRC, collecting in assets, and preparing allocation statements, estate accounts, and R185 certificates. Ensuring thorough and accessible record‑keeping. Building and maintaining strong family relationships. Identifying opportunities to retain assets and develop new business Experience: It is essential you have simliar experience in another role, understanding technical elements of Wills, Probate, Estates etc. If you have started your STEP qualification, great, if not - they will fund this qualification. Experience in client contact, face to face. For this role you do need a full driving license and vehicle for occasional meetings
