Arcus FM are hiring an experienced Refrigeration Engineer to join our growing team, servicing a range of multi‑site retail clients.
What’s In It For You?
* Competitive Salary – Up to £49,767 per annum (depending on experience)

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be on the road, keeping our clients’ supermarket refrigeration systems running smoothly across your patch, carrying out high‑quality diagnostics, maintenance, servicing and repairs – all while delivering outstanding customer service.
This is a hands‑on, mobile role where no two days are the same.
What We’re Looking For
Essential
* Valid UK driver’s licence
* Refrigeration engineering experience
* F‑Gas certification (C&G 2079)
* Excellent communication and time‑management skills
* Strong work ethic, with health & safety awareness
Desirable
* CO₂ qualification
* Supermarket refrigeration experience
Additional Info
* Role will involve working 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday
* On‑call rota: 1 in every 4 weeks
