Premier Recruitment Group is proud to be partnered with a Legal 500 law firm, seeking a talented and driven Solicitor with 1 to 4 years' PQE to join their busy and dynamic Commercial Litigation Department. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a highly regarded practice, working with leading clients and contributing to the continued growth of the department.

The Role
As a Solicitor within the CS Litigation team, you will be responsible for:
* Providing expert legal advice and representation in debt recovery litigation cases.
* Managing a varied caseload, including defended debt claims, breach of contract disputes, insolvency cases, and enforcement actions.
* Acting for a range of clients, from multinational organisations to local authorities.
* Building strong client relationships, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions.
* Supporting the Head of Department with supervision, business development, and departmental growth initiatives.
Key Requirements
* Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive in England & Wales.
* Experience managing a busy caseload within litigation.
* Strong knowledge of debt recovery litigation, contract disputes, and enforcement processes.
* Previous exposure to local authority or utilities-related disputes would be advantageous.
* Excellent client care and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
