A specialist SEMH-focused school in Earley is looking for a proactive Behaviour Support Worker to help pupils develop positive behaviour, emotional resilience, and engagement with learning. You'll be a consistent and trusted presence for students who need structure, boundaries, and encouragement.

* Role: Behaviour Support Worker
* Location: Earley, Berkshire
* Pay: £89-£100 per day
* Start Date: ASAP
* Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm
* Age Range: 11-18 years
Responsibilities
* Work 1:1 with pupils displaying challenging or disruptive behaviour
* Implement behaviour plans and de-escalation strategies
* Support emotional regulation and conflict management
* Promote positive engagement in lessons and school life
* Work closely with Teachers, SENCOs, and mental health professionals
