We are seeking a proactive and experienced PA, Secretary, or EA to work closely with the Chief Operating Officer. This role involves managing diaries, coordinating meetings, supporting administrative tasks, and acting as a liaison with stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities
* Diary management and scheduling
* Meeting coordination, minute-taking, and document preparation
* Managing emails, calls, and workstream tasks
* Supporting COO's team with document updates and meetings
* Stakeholder liaison and visitor management
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn internal systems
