Duties include
1. Act as a primary point of contact for customer queries and support
2. Keep customers informed throughout the order lifecycle, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and trust
3. Process complex customer orders via ERP systems
4. Work closely with Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to deliver a seamless service
5. Manage customer accounts in line with internal processes and compliance requirements
6. Handle and resolve complex customer claims, escalating where necessary
7. Investigate root causes of issues and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution
8. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and outcomes
9. Monitor service performance metrics and customer feedback
