The Role
The Role – Graduate Learning Support Assistant
* Provide academic and emotional support to pupils with additional needs.
* Work 1:1 and with small groups, helping students build confidence and independence.
* Adapt resources and strategies to make learning accessible.
* Encourage positive behaviour and engagement in lessons.
* Collaborate with teachers, SEN staff, and therapists to create a nurturing environment.

About You
* Recent graduate (2:1 or above preferred) in Psychology, Education, English, or related fields.

* Genuine interest in SEN and inclusive education.
