This senior role reports into the Head of Technical who has a strong technical background within some of the biggest names in the food industry. You’ll be given the autonomy to devise hygiene strategy, streamline processes and identify cost savings, without compromising standards. You’ll take a keen interest in advanced cleaning methods, horizon scanning to look at reducing chemical and water usage in line with environmental and sustainability policies.
Your knowledge of correct hygiene standards will have been developed within food manufacturing but otherwise they are open to your skillset and background, as long as you have the people skills and agility to move this business forward.
