The Role Your focus will be to grow and strengthen partnerships with large health and social care accounts. You will seek out new opportunities, build lasting relationships, and expand our network to increase the impact of our training solutions. Whilst we can’t promise that every day will be the same, your key responsibilities are likely to be: - Develop and deliver a partnership strategy aligned with business objectives and target markets. - Identify, evaluate, and grow strategic partnerships with new and existing Health and Social Care employers. - Build and maintain long-term relationships with key partners, stakeholders, and decision-makers. - Negotiate and execute partnership agreements with mutually beneficial outcomes. - Drive revenue growth, monitor performance, and manage budgets to achieve KPIs. - Lead and coach the Account Management team to maximise results. - Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless delivery and impactful joint initiatives. - Stay informed on market trends, represent the company at industry events, and tailor solutions to partner needs. The Benefits - 25 days holiday plus public and bank holidays - Purchase scheme for up to 5 additional days annual leave - Birthday and Christmas Eve off - Flexible working - Health Shield scheme - Life insurance - Enhanced maternity, paternity and adoption pay - Sick pay - Bereavement leave - Employee Assistance Programme - £1,000 Employee referral bonus scheme About You - Will have a background in Health and Social Care and held in high esteem in terms of reputation, expertise and experience. - Will experience of working in Adult Education and a range of funding streams available, including Apprenticeships and Adult Skills Budget. - Manages new and existing key relationships including account management and mobilisation of large employers. - Experience of managing projects – demonstrating how to keep projects alive, on track and hold stakeholders accountable. - Experience in leading a small team. - Excellent communication, influencing and interpersonal skills. - Self-motivated, results-driven and highly organised. - Able to build effective relationships amongst multiple large employers and respond timely to requests for data, information, advice and guidance - Knowledge of HubSpot CRM would be advantageous, but not essential. - Positive, resilient and able to learn and adapt to changing priorities. - Passionate about representing Realise, consistently demonstrating behaviours that reflect our values and help clients connect meaningfully with our brand. - Hold a full UK driving licence, and a willingness to travel, should it be required.
