Role Details Role/Job Title: JDA WFM Support ConsultantWork Location: Reading, UKIf Hybrid, How Many Days Are Required in Office? 3 The Role Provide functional support to BAU activities as well, product configuration, troubleshooting, batch monitoring etc. Good knowledge of Inbound, Outbound, Warehouse setup etc Knowledge of integration of T&A Knowledge of WFM architecture, key datapoints for Inbound and Outbound Integration with WFM Knowledge of support process, SLAs etc Proven experience of attending and resolving the critical issues within tight timelines Basic knowledge of TMS and Logistics Processes Essential Skills / Knowledge / Experience 6 - 12 years of JDA WFM with experience of support and enhancements Strong expertise in overall Workforce and 3PL Logistics Support Strong experience in integration of JDA WFM with variety of host and destination systems using JDA Integrator/Connect Good to Have Strong technical design, analytical and problem-solving skills Experience in support project and customer facing roles Excellent communication skills (written, verbal & presentation)
