As we expand our Paid Media offering, we're looking for an experienced Paid Social Manager to lead and scale this area of the business.

The Role of the Paid Social Manager

As our Paid Social Manager, you will take ownership of paid social strategy and execution across multiple platforms, driving performance and growth for a diverse portfolio of clients. You'll work closely with our PPC team and other specialists to deliver integrated campaigns that achieve outstanding ROI.

In addition to managing campaigns, you'll provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, helping them develop their skills and confidence in paid social. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about paid media, looking to make a big impact in a growing agency and progress quickly as the team expands.

Key Responsibilities of the Paid Social Manager

* Develop and implement paid social strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, and Snapchat.
* Manage and optimise campaigns to achieve KPIs including CPA, ROAS, and engagement metrics.
* Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and creative testing to maximise campaign performance.
* Oversee budgets and ensure campaigns are pacing correctly.
* Write compelling ad copy and collaborate with designers on creative assets.
* Monitor tracking and attribution, ensuring accurate reporting via tools like Google Analytics and Tag Manager.
* Provide clear, insightful reporting and recommendations to clients.
* Mentor and support junior team members, sharing best practices and fostering a culture of learning.
* Stay ahead of industry trends and platform updates to keep campaigns innovative and effective.

Essential Skills & Experience for the Paid Social Manager

* 4+ years' hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns, ideally agency-side.
* Proven track record of delivering successful, scalable strategies across multiple social platforms.
* Expert knowledge of Facebook Business Manager and other major social ad platforms.
* Strong analytical skills with experience optimising campaigns for CPA and ROAS.
* Proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and advanced Excel reporting.
* Excellent communication skills for client-facing interactions.
* Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Experience mentoring or supporting junior colleagues.

Nice to Have for the Paid Social Manager

* Experience with DSPs (e.g., DoubleClick, Amazon AAP).
* Knowledge of creative display planning and UX/UI best practices for landing pages.
* Familiarity with broader digital channels (SEO, PPC) and how they integrate with paid social.
