We are delighted to be partnering with one of our longstanding clients in Ledbury, who are currently seeking a proactive and commercially minded Management Accountant to join their growing team.
* Lead the coordination of annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting.
* Provide tailored financial reports to operational managers and offer guidance to help interpret key variances.
* Conduct monthly reconciliations of all balance sheet accounts.
* Compile and maintain accurate month-end and year-end.
* Oversee the preparation and timely delivery of management accounts.
Ideally you will be AAT Qualified or a current studier of either ACCA/CIMA studies.

The successful candidate will thrive in a hands-on environment and enjoy building strong working relationships across both finance and operational teams.
