Office Manager

Francesca’s Recruitment Ltd is recruiting for an experienced Office Manager to provide administrative support to the Leadership Team and wider business. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, proactive, and confident managing day‑to‑day office operations while acting as a key point of contact across the company.
The Role
You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the office and supporting senior management with a wide range of operational and administrative duties, including:
*
Overseeing general office management and ensuring operational efficiency
*
Managing employee schedules and resolving potential conflicts
*
Acting as the first point of contact for visitors and incoming calls
*
Providing administrative support to the senior management team
*
Coordinating and reporting building‑related issues
*
Maintaining documents and records associated with the building
*
Managing the security intercom for car park and office entry
*
Overseeing office equipment including printers and EV chargers
*
Coordinating on‑site events and larger meetings
*
Maintaining office supplies and ordering stock when required
*
Handling incoming and outgoing mail, including DHL/UPS packaging
*
Booking UK car hire for approved colleagues
*
Coordinating out‑of‑hours UK taxi travel for employees
*
Supporting HR with visa application processes when required
*
Providing general clerical and ad‑hoc administrative support
*
Promoting the company positively across all areas of operation
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
*
At least three years’ experience in an Office Manager or office‑based Administrator role
*
Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
*
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*
Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
*
A proactive, well‑organised, and solutions‑focused approach
*
Confidence to lead, be assertive, and handle difficult conversations
*
The ability to manage challenges while remaining supportive and approachable
