Job Overview
Dynamix Group are seeking a strategic and technically adept Project Engineering Lead to spearhead our fabrication and engineering business. You will oversee cross-functional teams, align technical execution with business goals, and ensure delivery on time, within scope, and on budget. Key Responsibilities
* Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple engineering projects RFT.
* Define and communicate project scope, goals, and deliverables
* Coordinate resources and lead multidisciplinary teams such as design, manufacturing & quality
* Identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and implement mitigation plans
* Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and reporting mechanisms
* Serve as the primary liaison between the business, clients, and internal leadership
* Drive continuous improvement in processes and RFT delivery methods
* Mentor current team and contribute to a high-performance culture
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, etc.) or related field; Master's degree preferred
* Proven experience (5+ years) leading engineering & fabrication businesses or teams
* Strong understanding of project management methodologies
* Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
* Proficient in project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, etc.) and CAD software
* Ability to balance technical depth with strategic insight and business acumen
* PMP or PRINCE2 certification is desirable
