Insurance Litigation Solicitor - Bristol
We are seeking an experienced Insurance Litigation Solicitor to join one of Bristols leading insurance firms.
The General Liability Insurance team spans London and Bristol and has a well-established client base, acting for a number of market leading liability insurers in the provision of their employers, public and products liability services to insured businesses.
This role involves working on a diverse range of casualty, product liability, inquests, and policy coverage cases, all on a defendant basis. This dynamic insurance litigation team operates out of Bristol, offering a flexible hybrid working model.
Due to our continued growth, they are expanding their highly-ranked team and are looking to recruit a senior associate with a minimum of 5 years PQE in insurance litigation, particularly in EL/PL, product liability, and coverage. The successful candidate will ideally have a defendant background, though applications from those with a claimant background are still encouraged to apply.
The work will be very varied, interesting and challenging and where you show you can run the cases successfully, you will be given autonomy to make your own mark on the files. You will also have the opportunity to get involved with business development and client initiatives, where appropriate.
