Hays are delighted to be partnering with a Leeds-based business to recruit a Part-Time Accounts Assistant for a consultancy business.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced candidate to take ownership of day-to-day finance operations within a growing consultancy. The role is based in Leeds City Centre, offering flexible working hours with a choice between 20 or 30 hours per week.
Your New Role :
1. Invoice processing
2. Processing expense requests
3. Credit control
4. Cash book maintenance
5. Maintaining thepany purchase and sales ledgers
6. Bank reconciliation
7. Payroll
8. VAT payments
9. Liaising with third party providers, clients and suppliers
10. Basic administration
11. Updating and maintaining procedural documentation
What you'll need to succeed
12. Experience in a broad range of accounting functions from Payroll to Credit Control
13. Ideally, experience in a Professional Services environment
14. Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
15. Confidence liaising with stakeholders at all levels
16. A proactive approach and willingness to support wider office tasks
