Since 1986, our Winchmore Hill branch has been helping clients buy, sell, and rent homes - and we're now looking for a motivated Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join the team. The Role Register and qualify applicants, matching them to suitable properties. Conduct viewings, negotiations, and follow up to close deals. Build strong relationships with landlords, vendors, buyers, and tenants. Generate new business opportunities and maintain excellent customer service. Support the smooth running of the branch with day-to-day office duties. About You Previous experience in sales, lettings, or customer-facing roles (estate agency experience preferred but not essential). Confident, driven, and target-focused with excellent communication skills. Strong local knowledge of Winchmore Hill/Enfield area is a bonus. Full UK driving licence required. What We Offer £22,000 basic salary 10% commission on deals. Pool car available for viewings and appointments. Day off during the week when working Saturday.
