The role is suited to a senior SAP professional with strong consulting capability, deep SAP SD expertise and experience delivering enterprise-scale retail transformation initiatives.Responsibilities for the S/4 HANA Lead Consultant:Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA solution design and delivery across major transformation programmesFacilitate requirements gathering, scoping workshops and solution design sessions with senior stakeholdersDefine scalable, secure and resilient SAP architectures aligned to business objectivesProvide technical leadership and guidance across SAP engineering and delivery teamsDrive SAP best practice, delivery standards and modern engineering approachesSupport programme governance, solution roadmaps and architecture reviewsCollaborate with business, product and technical teams across large-scale retail initiativesAct as a trusted advisor throughout the transformation lifecycleEssential Skills for the S/4 HANA Lead Consultant:Strong experience delivering SAP S/4HANA transformation programmesProven background as a Solution Architect or Lead Consultant within enterprise SAP environmentsSAP S/4HANA SD CertificationStrong retail industry experienceDeep expertise across: Sales & Distribution, Pricing, Billing, Master Data, Taxes, Account Posting & Sales DocumentsStrong understanding of: Supply Chain, Logistics Execution, Procurement, Inventory Management & Invoice ProcessingExperience across requirements gathering, solution design, testing and delivery lifecyclesHands-on experience configuring SD master data and pricing proceduresKnowledge of output determination and batch managementStrong understanding of scalable architectures and modern engineering principlesDesirable Skills for the S/4 HANA Lead Consultant:Experience delivering multiple SAP S/4HANA implementations within consulting or systems integrator environmentsExperience supporting greenfield SAP transformation projectsExperience supporting migration from SAP ECC to S/4HANAExperience within large-scale commercial retail transformation programmesKnowledge of performance engineering and resilience-focused design patternsThis is an excellent opportunity to join a large-scale SAP transformation programme where you will help shape enterprise architecture, influence delivery strategy and support mission-critical retail platforms.
