Props Charity Bristol is dedicated to empowering adults with learning disabilities by developing their work and social skills through meaningful, creative engagement. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Creative Manager to lead our Creative Team and oversee trainee activities across our Art Room, Print Shop, and Crafted Workshop.
About the Role
As Creative Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Managing and inspiring the Creative Team to deliver high-quality, inclusive creative sessions.
* Planning and overseeing the production of a diverse range of trainee-made products including:
* Fashion and homewares
* Banners and signs
* 2D and 3D arts and crafts
* Supporting trainees in developing their artistic and vocational skills in a nurturing, person-centred environment.
* Collaborating with other departments to promote and sell trainee-made products.
* Ensuring all activities align with Props' mission to foster independence, creativity, and community inclusion.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
* Experienced in managing creative projects and teams.
* Skilled in one or more creative disciplines (e.g. textiles, ceramics, graphic design, printing).
* Passionate about inclusive arts and supporting adults with learning disabilities.
* Organised, proactive, and an excellent communicator.
* Able to balance creative vision with practical production planning.
