At Evri, data drives everything we do. Within our Fulfilment operations, accurate insight and actionable reporting are critical to delivering outstanding service to our customers. We’re now looking for a Performance Analyst (Fulfilment) to play a key role in shaping our reporting ecosystem and supporting data‑driven decision making across Operations, Sales and Finance.
What You’ll Do
As a Performance Analyst, you’ll design, develop and maintain the fulfilment data warehouse and reporting framework, transforming operational and financial data into meaningful insights. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to highlight risks, opportunities and performance trends, enabling productivity improvement, cost control and informed strategic decisions.
Please note this is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract role. We will consider a remote (proximity to Barnsley ideal) location.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, build and maintain the fulfilment data warehouse, integrating WMS (primary source), finance systems and other internal data sources
* Develop ETL processes and structured analytical datasets for contractual metrics, KPIs and operational performance tracking
* Create and maintain self‑service dashboards and reports for Sales, Operations and Finance teams
* Prepare and publish weekly fulfilment performance reporting covering productivity, SLA performance, cost and margin metrics
* Provide clear analytical commentary, highlighting risks, opportunities and performance anomalies
* Perform deep‑dive analysis on productivity, capacity planning, cost‑per‑order and client profitability
* Develop forecasting models and projection tools using historical fulfilment data
* Ensure data accuracy, consistency and documentation of reporting logic and data models
What We’re Looking For
* Degree or equivalent experience in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Mathematics or a related discipline
* Strong written and verbal English and Maths skills
* Advanced Excel / Google Sheets capability
* SQL proficiency (essential)
* Experience building dashboards and business reporting (Power BI, Tableau or similar)
* Experience working with operational datasets (warehouse, logistics or e‑commerce preferred)
* Ability to translate business requirements into structured data models and reports
* Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and stakeholder communication skills
* Comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced fulfilment environment
