* Ability to work confidently in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail and a passion for quality food
* Level 2 Food Safety Certificate required (Level 3 desirable)
* A creative, hands-on chef ready to lead from the kitchen
What We Offer
* Competitive salary depending on experience (£28,000–£32,000 per year)
* Full-time hours (40–45 hours per week) with only three evening services
* Staff meals on shift and staff discounts
* Opportunity to work with one of Yorkshire’s most respected brewery brands
