Salary: £36,644 including service charge
You will be accountable for:
4. Delivering a memorable and professional Forbes 5-star service experience in our outlets, across all our F&B outlets
5. Advising guests through enthusiastically sharing your knowledge about our F&B

10. Your key responsibilities & contribution will be:
11. Delivering an extraordinary service experience to the highest industry standards with a distinctive personal touch as one team
12. Assisting guests regarding menu choices in an informative and enthusiastic way
13. Taking reservations with all required details in a welcoming and friendly manner
14. Boosting our revenue through upselling and other creative initiatives
15. Sharing knowledge of offering, promotions, preparation, general hotel knowledge
16. and Savoy stories
17. Following all health & safety policies when handling food and beverage
18. Carrying out administrative duties, including printing menus and managing
19. stationary requisitions
Qualifications
What you will need to do this role:
Essential:
20. 1-2 years serving or hosting experience in a luxury hospitality environment
21. Passion for and understanding of 5-star hospitality and what it takes to deliver it
22. Empathetic with a talent for building rapport, and reading each guest’s desired level of interaction
23. Quick thinking, resourceful and able to solve problems ’in the moment’
24. Ability to always remain calm and courteous
25. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced and changing environment
26. Able to work collaboratively as part of a team
27. Willing to work in rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays
28. Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English
Desirable:
29. Basic knowledge of a POS System
30. Basic knowledge of OpenTable
31. Industry related certifications (i.e. WSET)
32. Basic knowledge of a PMS system (Opera)
