Role Overview
What will you be doing?
As a Parts Sales Executive, you will work with the Sales Manager and team to deliver and achieve the business plan and sales objectives of the Centre.
1. Achieve personal KPIs and revenue objectives with target customers.
2. Accurately identify parts to meet customer sales requirements.
3. Utilise all product promotions effectively to achieve specific targets.
4. Identify and leverage potential sales opportunities within the customer base.
5. Maintain product knowledge and awareness of competitor activity.
6. Build strong relationships with customers through regular contact via phone and face-to-face visits.
7. Provide high-quality service by understanding customer requirements, responding to requests, progressing orders, and offering expert advice.
8. Communicate promptly with customers regarding their credit status.
9. Support the TPS Centre team to ensure good working relationships and excellent customer service.
10. Collaborate with the Sales Manager and team to achieve sales targets and ensure a coordinated approach.
11. Handle incoming calls and customer inquiries within KPIs, using the approved greeting.
12. Ensure proper and accurate use of systems to search and order parts.
13. Complete all documentation accurately and promptly.
14. Process cash and credit card transactions in line with TPS Guidelines in the Operations Manual.

Essential Skills
What are we looking for?
1. A self-starter with a proven track record in building relationships and achieving sales targets in a B2B environment.
2. Confident and effective communicator with experience in fast-paced or telesales environments.
3. Passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging key stakeholders.
5. A team player with the drive to meet individual and sales targets weekly and monthly.
6. Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping skills.
7. IT literate, preferably with good knowledge of MS Excel.
8. Enthusiastic about the automotive industry.
