Equans is looking for a Technical Services Manager to join our team in St Davids Hospital & Monnow Vale Hospital, Cardiff. This is a full‑time role. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.
What will you deliver?
* Supervise and manage a team of static and mobile engineers ensuring all planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works are completed safely, on time, and in line with contract specifications and EQUANS procedures.
* Drive compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards, acting as the first point of contact for site health & safety and HR issues.
* Manage day‑to‑day operations including maintenance planning, subcontractor supervision, and statutory maintenance coordination.
* Support operational continuity by providing engineering support during emergencies and participating in on‑call maintenance rota.

Who are you?
* A multi‑skilled engineer with a qualified discipline and experience in Facilities Management.
* Experienced in managing teams and working effectively under pressure during emergency situations.
* Proficient user of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook) and CAFM systems.
* Knowledgeable of building services, HTM legislation, and statutory compliance requirements.
This role requires appropriate background checks, including a Disclosure check as part of the recruitment process.
