Your Role as a Strip & Fit Technician
* Stripping and fitting panels
* Carrying out repairs to restore vehicles to their original condition following approved repair methods
* Removing parts and panels from a wide range of vehicles
* Labelling and storing all fixings (nuts, bolts, screws, etc.) correctly for reassembly
* Supporting the bodyshop team within other departments when required
* Assisting in the training of bodyshop trainees
Requirements
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Ability to work independently and make decisions when required
* Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing high‑quality work
* Passion for the motor trade
* Willingness to support junior technicians and share expertise
* Monday to Friday: 06:00 – 14:00
