We’re partnering with a well-regarded secondary school in Gateshead seeking a dedicated English Teacher to join their team full-time from June 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver high-quality English lessons to KS3 and KS4
* Create a positive and stimulating learning environment
* Work collaboratively with the English department to maintain high standards
* Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing constructive feedback
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification
* Strong subject knowledge in English Literature and Language
* Experience teaching in a secondary school setting
* Excellent behaviour management and communication skills
