MCS Group is delighted to be partnering with an engineering firm based in South Belfast to recruit for an Accounts Assistant on a full time, permanent basis.
The Company:
Based in South Belfast, this firm have operations across Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland and across the UK. They have built up a strong reputation which stems from having over 40 years experience within the industry.
The Role:
* Liaise with clients regarding invoices, applications and payment terms
* Project and contract billing
* Resolve payment issues
* Allocate payments and reconcile customer accounts
* Produce aged debtor reports
* Issue statements
* Other duties outlined in the job description
What You Need to Succeed?
* Strong experience in accounts payable and receivable
* Strong relationship building
* Organised and good attention to detail
